5 sheets graham cracker, separated
WATERMELON-CUCUMBER SALAD INGREDIENTS (Makes: 4 servings)
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tbs grapeseed oil
2 tbs chopped fresh mint
1 tsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp honey
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 cup chopped cucumber
3 1/2 tbs crumbled President® Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
